Accounting/Back Office
General Ledger - The Jonas General Ledger is the foundation of your accounting system. From setting up your G/L structure, to recording journal entries, running financial statements and budgets or doing monthly bank reconciliations, the system provides you with the tools to operate and build your business.
Accounts Payable - The Accounts Payable application puts you in complete control of the entire payables process. After invoices are entered and approved, users simply select payments and print checks.
Retail
Point of Sale - Whether utilized within your main dining rooms, snack bar or pro shop, Point of Sale provides you complete control over sales and inventory, and with all of the tools needed to offer your members the exceptional services they deserve.
Inventory Management - If receiving and selling inventory items can be considered simple day-to-day occurrences, shouldn’t your staff be able to manage inventory stock levels, purchase discounts, and pricing just as easily? Integration to Accounts Payable not only simplifies what were once cumbersome and time consuming tasks, it puts your merchandiser in complete control of the entire inventory management process.

Event/Dining Reservations
Event Management - Oversee every detail of your event operations with speed, accuracy, and convenience. Event Management allows you to manage all types of events at the club. Whether your club is hosting a large scale club event with individual member billings, or a private function where a single member is billed, Event Management streamlines and optimizes all aspects, from scheduling to final billing.
Dining Reservations - If dining is a focal point of your club, then the entire experience, from reservation to payment, should be a seamless process for your members. The Dining Reservations application allows your members to make reservations online, via their mobile device, or by calling and speaking to one of your staff members. Once their reservation has been made, an automatic email confirmation will send.
Miscellaneous Applications
Document Management - Stop wasting time, space and money, and start managing your documents electronically. Document Management from Jonas Encore automatically archives your Reports, Receipts, Checks, Statements and Member Photos, eliminating the time and costs associated with printing and storage. Users can upload and attach documents and files from anywhere within their operating system, and documents can then be accessed while viewing individual members, vendors or from the centralized Document Management application.

Training & Installation
TTA trainers have many years of experience in the club industry and offer certified Jonas training. Our trainers will go above and beyond to make sure your staff know all the necessary components of Jonas Software. We are dedicated to your success. TTA can supply all of your club hardware needs. We certify our hardware to be compatible with Jonas Software. We sell hardware such as desktop computers, regular / touchscreen monitors, receipt / kitchen / bar printers, POS scanners, inventory data collectors, cash drawers, tablet PCs, receipt and kitchen paper.

We specialize in the implementation of Jonas Club Management and the implementation of Jonas Encore.
On-Site Jonas Software Training
This training is when one of our trainers goes onsite to your location to train in person. Our trainers are broken up into 2 categories- Accounting and Point of Sale. We do have dual trainers who can train both areas. We deliver customized training tailored to your club's operations. Onsite training requires a 4 hour minimum and reimbursement of associated travel expenses for the trainer, (i.e. flight, mileage, overnight stay, meals and travel time billed at ¼ the hourly rate). Time of arrival depends on driving/flying distance for our trainers from Tampa, FL to your location. Our booking window is approximately 2-3 weeks out. We can occasionally accommodate more immediate scheduling if necessary. We are currently offering a “10+2 Package” to clients who prefer to pre-purchase training time. By pre-purchasing 10 hours of training, clients will receive 2 additional hours of training at no charge. A “10+2” Package effectively reduces the price of training.
Remote Jonas Software Training
This training is done over the internet & over the phone and is tailored specifically to your needs and the areas that you would like to cover. Training can be scheduled by calling the TTA office to discuss days/times that work best for you depending on our trainer’s availability. Our booking window is generally 1-2 weeks out. We can occasionally accommodate more immediate scheduling when needed. We are currently offering a “10+2 Package” to clients who prefer to pre-purchase training time. By pre-purchasing 10 hours of training, clients will receive 2 additional hours of training at no charge. A “10+2” Package effectively reduces the price of training.
Jonas Software Training at the TTA Office
Our classes are offered in the TTA Education Center with alternating topics in Accounting and Point of Sale. These classes are designed for people who already have some working knowledge of the software. If you are interested in attending, please contact us for a schedule of upcoming classes & registration forms. After 4 classes are purchased by a single club, the 5th class is free! We also offer one day private customized classes designed for your club with the specific training modules you request. These private one day classes can have up to 3 attendees. Additional attendees can be added at an additional charge.
